Free Shipping and COD Charges

We offer free shipping on all products on purchases over ₹499 across India. For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, a nominal convenience fee applies. Orders with a value equal to or below ₹1500 incur a fee of ₹50, while orders above ₹1500 are charged ₹60.

Order Processing and Delivery Timelines
Once your order is confirmed, we strive to dispatch it within 48–72 hours. Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days to most cities in India. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location’s accessibility. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to operational constraints or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier-related issues.

Tracking Your Order

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

Returns & Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a company error.
